Our Professional Identity Exploration program runs for 8 weeks, and the Skills Assessment Workshop is 4 days intensive. Most people have real clarity within that timeframe, though some need a bit longer to feel confident. It depends on how much you’ve already thought about your direction.

We’re not a job placement program — we focus on what comes before that. We help you clarify what you’re actually good at, what matters to you, and where the real gaps are. With that clarity, you’ll know exactly what skills to develop or where to look. Many participants then pursue specific training or certifications based on what they’ve learned about themselves.

You can absolutely do the Skills Assessment Workshop on its own if you already know roughly where you’re headed. But if you’re genuinely uncertain about your direction, the 8-week Identity Exploration program first gives you much better results — you’ll know what you’re assessing for.
